I have done a program for arduino to rotate stepper motor in clockwise and anticlockwise….in that stepper motor was  initially vibrating…..i have an doubt …whether I  done a mistake in my program or circuit….

if a stepper is just vibrating instead of turning, then either you have swapped coils or the control is wrong ;)

In there example they are using a driver IC to buffer the signals from the arduino, are you using a chip like this, or trying to directly drive from the arduino?

to reverse direction on most 6 wire steppers, you reverse the 2 outer wires for one coil, vibrating could be one wire from each coil is flipped

With a board like this, it is really easy to drive a stepper motor.
