Dear All

Can I replace a STPS5L60 Schottky diode by a SR560 one in any application ?

Thanks

the cautious answer and without knowing what your doing is NO!

tell us what your trying to do. The reason why there are thousands of diodes on the market is partly because they all have functions they are better at. Nothing is a one size fits all.

http://www.eicsemi.com/datasheet/SR520_6.pdf this thing?

One thing I note, there's no avalanche or breakdown rating, so if it's in a harsh environment, it's your own problem if it doesn't work...

If it's only ever being used as a diode diode, within ratings, I doubt you will find a change.
