Testing question

How can i test smal (mos)fet:s in circuit? They are a little to smal to remove with hot air.

That highly depends on the circuit. Give us a little more context. Maybe a schematic ...

Im diagnose a power supply for a led tv. Have tested all "big" components. On the backside there is a lot o smal fets, maybe a regular ohm testing is better? Using diode mode right now.

Do you have a schematic? Because those tiny SMD packages can house just anything from diodes to BJTs to fets. You also need to know the type of the fet  as some of them have diodes built in, whether or not it is PMOS, NMOS, enhancement mode, depletion mode etc etc.
