Thread and Zwave protocol
« on: August 02, 2017, 04:45:54 pm »
Hi
We are trying to implement Thread and Z-Wave protocol for avr-atmega256rfr2MCU and have a custom build module. For that module, we need to build a stack for these protocols.Already it supports ZigBee and 6lowpan, for that the open stack was available.Likewise, do we have any open stack for Thread and Zwave protocol? Will these can be run in avr-atmega256rfr2

Thread is 6LowPAN with some some restrictions and additions on top.

Z-Wave is impossible, totally different radios, totally closed and proprietary protocols.

I'm new here, but I tend to be pretty gregarious, so if I'm out of my lane please call me out.

Let me offer the same advice I offered in that thread.  Use the forum listed on the 'open' site.
