TL866 SelfTest Failure

Hello.  I am not sure but when I plugged in my 866 and ran the self test I am getting #5 failure under the VCC section.  Why am I getting this?  I have tried on a couple of PC's, cables.

I have the same problem. I wrote to manufacturer for help, he told me that error cannot be repaired by myself, it has to be sent back for repairing, after that told me that for customers outside  of China the distributors cannot offer that kind of warranty, because of shipping  costs.

Therefore, cheap product, no warranty, no support from manufacturer.
