Transistor equivalent model

Hi, I am beginner on this forum. I try write simply transistor simulator based on modified nodal analysis (MNA). I need diode and especially transistor equivalent circuit with nonlinear resistors and capacitors. Probably in Spice sources is something like this but I don't know where.
