HI!
I have got about 10 TRW TPV583 transistors and have been looking all over for information about these transistors.
Is there anboty that can point me in the correct direction to find a datasheet for these transistors?

1. Can you post a picture with all the markings?
2. Do you have datasheets for similar devices?

I also have questions about TRW transistors. I'd love to see a databook or catalog or something (probably 70s vintage). Haven't seen such a thing in the usual places.

I've seen TVP on transient voltage suppressors.

The transistors wher e pullled from som old 800Mhz (i think) radiolink equipment.
on the boards I also pulled some BFQ68 and BFQ38.
Link for some TRW transistors.

I was hoping that these transistors might be equivalents to the BFQ transistors or be higeher power.
I'm planing to build a 23cm PA something like.
