Vaio BPS26 Repair Component Required

Hi All,

New here and first post as well!

I am in the process of repairing/reviving my 6 year old Sony Vaio SVE1511Q1EB which is pretty much useless at this point. So after spending some time online I opened up my BPS26 battery to replace the cells with some new ones, but encountered some issues right off the bat. While disassembling the outer case of the battery, few diodes from the controller PCB were pretty much glued with the outer case and ripped off !

I have attached pictures to this post of the PCB and the diode components. The problem now is that I don't have a schematic nor do I know the exact diode types.

Here are the diode deatils and electrical measurements using my DMM:

Markings: "A0"
Forward Voltage Drop: 0.749V
Forward Resistance: ~8 M ohms (yes quite high!)
Reverse Resistance: OL
Forward Capacitance: 0.045nF
Package: SOD 323 (2 pin) I think!

Multimeter: Kasuntest ZT102

I have also looked at similar threads like this one: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/sony-vaio-repair-battery-pinout-needed/. The motherboard schematic (for my model) doesn't help as this PCB is inside the battery so I need a schemtic for that PCB is its even there! I tried searching for it but with no luck.

Any inputs with the diode, schematic or other suggestions are welcome.
