variable dc power supply design

How can i build a variable dc power supply variable from 0 volt to 150 v?

Do you just want the schematic?  >:D

...you need to give some additional details regarding your requirements to the final PSU. Where do you live (110V mains or 230V?), what amp-range should it cover? Do you need a clean output or can it be s switching PSU? ...

With patience and carefully not to kill yourself ... kinda of a stupid question.

Here's the design of a 0-120v 1A linear power supply, simplifying it to use regulator potentiometers only and adapting it for 150v wouldn't be such a big problem if you know the basics:
