What are classical jelly bean 3v3 to 5v bus tranceiver ICs called?

Hello,

For when I am breadboarding, what is the industry standard 3v3 - 5v tranceiver ICs called? If there is such a thing?

For I2C, SPI communication between 5V ICs to 3v3 ICs, for example.

I use the term "buffer". Look at 74F125 datasheet.
