What are this two ICs?

Could someone please help me with identifying this two ICs?

First (Texas Instruments):
62FD3XK G4
LS00

Second (Fairchild):
PF8AK
MM74HC
14M

I don't know waht the first one is, but the secon one is this IC : https://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/74HC_HCT14.pdf.

Gamma spectrometer works. Now some yellow crystals need regenerating and testing.

SN74LS00 from Texas instruments and MM74HC14 from Fairchild, can be replaced with any flavor of 74LS00 and 74HC14.
