What the cap is going on with my caps!?!
« on: February 13, 2014, 08:15:53 am »
Check this craziness out!

http://wtfmoogle.com/?p=3585

My random use caps are popping in my part bins without ever being used!
Are these really that bad of a brand of caps that they fail like this? O.O
Have I been duped with some bad Chinese caps?
How can they even pop without ever being used?!?
What should I replace my caps in my parts bin with now that all the caps are ruined?

I've seen caps do this before, and I still don't know what caused it. I suspected it was either a cheap manufacturer or a bad run (Friday afternoon).
Voltage appears across and current flows through.
