Where to buy wirebondable 1n5819/1N4148 diodes

I need to buy some wirebondable diodes but I cannot find any distributor

The only one I can find is here: http://www.onchip.com/products/tvsesd-protection/
But these are zener diodes

I just need to buy some basic diodes like 1n4148 or 1n5819 in wirebondable format

Does anyone know a distributor or a custom manufacturer who could make a batch of 500?

Digikey has some in stock, not 500 though and the price is scary.

Google shows some brands producing them and a specialized distributor.

Nexperia makes tiny diodes for smartphones. Ask them.

I think the price is for a whole cassette - not clear how many die you get per cassette, though.

And, these most likely only have one bondable terminal, the other is likely what you glue down with conductive epoxy.

According to the datasheet, one wafer contains a little over 137k die. Perhaps the price is for one wafer, that puts the price per die in roughly the right range.
