Forum - not receiving new reply notifications

Hi,

I'm not receiving email notification of new replies posted to conversations for which I have specifically requested email notification. It doesn't matter if I choose the option when posting or afterwards using the Notify button. It used to work (months ago) but has stopped even for conversations I was receiving notifications for.

It's frustrating because I'll post a question and assume I'll get notification if someone has been kind enough to reply. Sometimes after a few days I may happen to check and see one or more people have. It makes me feel bad because it's as if I'm being rude by not saying thanks 

I checked my account email address and that email account's junk mail and everything's okay.

Any ideas? (about the technical issue, not mine!)
