At the end you mentioned nyquist, but as its already a band pass filter could very well be doing oversampling, and rhe IF being centered at 30MHz or 50MHz makes a ton of sense, as it could be at 10MHz and nyquist it is.. Checking the ADC datasheet should tell how high oversampling can go, usually limited by the sampling time but also the use of decimation and anti aliasing filters.
