EEVblog #153 – YouScope Demo on a Digital Scope

oh yeah Dave, the 50k wfrm/s are definitely nice.

I did tested with Tekway/Hantek which have 2500 wfrm/s, result attached (tried to catch the same part as on your Rigol)
Haven't played with persistency, just quick test of "refresh rate"

Btw, the live show "Eva" was my gf (making me crazy), she isn't "blog" fan (actaually she hates my job)
but she like your smile, so what.

EDIT: is did sampled with 4kpts, therefore some dropped frames, with 40ktps the XY seems to be much better.

I don't want to be human! I want to see gamma rays, I want to hear X-rays, and I want to smell dark matter ...
I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws and feel the solar wind of a supernova flowing over me.

I wonder how that actually works. Do you use the music left and right channels as a carrier for the XY coordinate data?

Yay! I guess now I need to find a way to combine the data.

Here is the YouScope on a HM604 from a couple of weeks ago.

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=2631.0

Brightness was way low but the camera increased the brightness. You can also listen to the soundfile but it doesnt make any sense or give any clues as to what the scope screen will look like.

Kind of like YouScope, but the audio is also music.
