EEVBLOG #38 - LCR Meter

can anybody recommend a source of reference material on the LCR Meter technique outlined in Blog #38?
I am haven't quite grasped the principle described.

Chris,  You can download LCR meter guide at http://www.ietlabs.com/notes/lcrprimer

Hopefully this is helpful in better understand LCR meter theory of operation.
