Software Versions
« on: September 29, 2017, 12:30:55 pm »
Hi Dave. In one of your reviews of the "Saleae" Logic analyser, you were using an old version of their Software,
(yours being Ver 1.1.15 I think), and were complaining about the limited number of 'Analyser' options.....
The LATEST version... (1.2.14), has a vast improvement there, including the 'JTAG' you would have liked.
OH!!! and it includes mouse dragging the channels up and down in the order you want !!! :-)
Here's a 'pic' of the selections now, for Logic Analyser options......
Also, when you have used 'LTspice', your version is (was) version 'IV' (4), but now there is version 'XVII' (17).
Have fun Dave. Both softwares freely downloadable....

That's why I will click on the "Youtube" link on a video if I want to check on the date a video was published.  It is immediately visible directly under the video window, on the left.

Next time just mention that you realise the video was done ages ago.  If you don't, you will get the reaction that you did.

We do get a few people who've gone through some of Dave's older stuff and post on the forum as if it was a recent video and/or current discussion.
