Fair use, short clips of EEVblog videos

Hi there,

first off, my apologies if this is the wrong forum, please correct me if so.

I am in the process of creating a video about some Korad vs. Rigol comparison. In the course of the video I mention the famous EEVblog KA3005P fail which Dave discovered (#315). I would like to include a short clip of the video (~22 seconds) in my own video, obviously with a proper caption, link to the original video and copyright notice that shows I'm not the owner. Also no audio (my voiceover). My video is not monetized and is CC-BY-SA.

I'm not sure if this is considered fair use and, since I'm in doubt, thought I would like to ask. Again, not trying to steal content here. I also thought about linking my channel here so you can see the types of videos I do, but I don't want this to be considered spam. I genuinely only want to ask permission.
