Awesome! They picked a great video for the avatar as well. I've watched that video at least a dozen times since it was posted.
It's perfectly acceptable to not know something in the short term. To continue to not know over the long term is just laziness.

Nice to see Mike and Martin on there too.  I personally think Alan should be on there.  He is a natural teacher and his videos have some special quality to them I just can't explain.

I don't get their categories.... "electronics and capacitors", "electronics and transistors", "electronics and jelly babies"..

I wonder why there has not been any SEO guy offering you his work. I thought they were even more obtrusive then the multichannel network guys ;)
