looking for an old eevblog video - Mailbag adapter pcb board

hi, i hope some one remembers the video i am looking for. it is quite old. in the video dave showed a mailbag someone sent with a pcb adapter board for the workbench. dave didn't like it very much, but i thouht it would be nice. maybe someone can remember. thanks.

Can you be a little more specific about what this board was used for?

it was nothing very fancy, it was only to connect diffrent types of cables, banana plugs 2 and 4 mm, pin header and so on, it had no active or passive components, it was small, about 2 years ago i think.
