Hi all! Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum but I don't really know where else to go. I ordered a BM235 from the EEVBlog Store, and as can be seen
the tracking hasn't updated in 2 weeks, so I contacted DHL in Sweden who told me that the parcel should have been handed over to the Swedish postal service (PostNord). When I called PostNord they told me that I should contact the seller and make a complaint as the parcel seem to be lost in transit. I tried emailing Dave last week, and again yesterday as well as tweeting him but I haven't received any answer, which is of course understandable as I'm sure a lot of people are emailing him, but I do think that paying customers in his store should have some sort of way of contacting him in regard of customer service and receive answers a bit faster than people sending him fanmail. So do any of you have any info about what I should do, or should I just wait until he gets to my email even if I have no idea if that is going to take a few days or weeks?

When I ordered my meter from Dave, he responded with an email. You should reply to that email.
