Supporters forum access + µCurrent purchase

Hi Dave,

   I started supporting you on patreon about a month ago, and got billed already, sent you like 3-4 emails without answer and I still don't have access to the supporter's forum.

   Also, a while back I sent you 2-3 emails regarding adding Thailand to shipping destination for ordering a µCurrent.

   Sorry if it wasn't the best place to post this...
