Test of RIGOL 1000Z FFT with new firmware

First of all thank you for all the excellent videos.

As an electrical /electronic engineer I studied in the 80ties but only used my engineer knowledge in project management.
Furthermore when only dealing with general management the last 10 years, it is perfect for me to be updated by seeing many of these excellent videos.  I have just started some small projects on my own and need to be technology wise updated. Here your videos are perfect  - Well done my friend !!!!

Two weeks ago I purchased a RIGOL 1054Z and my scope is running 04.04. SP1. BTW A very nice scope indeed.

I have been watching your FFT video where you are testing the RIGOL 1054Z FFT. At the RIGOL homepage they have stated that they have improved the FFT with the new Firmware released. Can I ask you to do a short video comparing the new the RIGOL 1000Z FFT Firmware with at a Spectrum Analyzer ?

It's never going to be as good as a dedicated spectrum analyser though (only 8-bit DAC).
