Youtube have a new Community tab:

Seems to have replaced the previous "Discussion" tab.

Asking because I presume that all subscribers get notified of these community posts?, and I don't want to spam it and ruin what could be an otherwise useful feature. i.e. updating subscribers with live show or other announcements that I don't want to bother doing a video announcement for

Subscribers don't get notified of these community posts, so I bet most people won't read them.
