He has 3, with 2 positive as seller and one for something he bought.

Maybe a pricing error. 5 of 10 DE-5000 appear to be sold at the moment. But sure, you always have to be careful in this type of case.

Looks fishy. Especially the warning about counterfeit items. Too good to be true.

if you make order on listing from a compromized account, Ebay might cancel order.
if you still want to take risk, place an order ,do not pay immediately wait for a day or one half , by the time ebay will figure it out what it is.

Well, it is a low enough price to maybe risk it, but I was able to identify that the images are taken from other DE-5000 listings, so it definitely looks suspect. I just don't know what the business model in this. I mean the worst that can happen is that the seller doesn't deliver anything or delivers an empty box. But then eBay buyer protection should refund.

Or the other possibility is that someone in China is now making fake DE-5000s for fifth of the price. Then if would be interesting to see that device.

Yea, there was another red flag. The seller limited the number of available items per buyer to 1! I was very suspicious too, mummified account, a deal to good to be true, warning of counterfeits ...

Since it was possible to pay via paypal, my risk of loosing money was very slim. So I went ahead and placed an order and hoped for a shipping conformation.

But today ebay send me a notification informing me, that ebay canceled my order. Also paypal didn't go through with the payment transaction.

Guess I have to order an "original" clone then...

happening a lot  these days,  had an car radio usually sold 299$,   sold for 60$    made many wrongful listing ... complaints thru ebay, came back a few times, made complaints each time, and now gone for good
