The above paperwork is all the information I have I'm afraid, but I expect that the failed current ranges will have been calibrated. As you can see, they are close to the correct value, to this is definitely a calibration issue and not a fault in the instrument.
The resistance ranges were indeed defective, I have since fixed these but I don't have access to the calibration equipment. So these cannot be assumed to be in calibration. I have tested a few resistors against another 6.5d in-cal DMM and they have been very close, but that is all the guarantee I can give. This is entirely adequate for hobbyist use but if you need a calibrated instrument then this would need to go through calibration again.
