WANTED: Fluke troubleshooter newsletters.

Hey guys
I am looking for some paper work for the fluke 9010a and 9100a range of microproccesor troubleshooters. I have attached an image of the front page from one.

Does anyone have any paper versions? There are pdf versions online but the set is incomplete.

While I am posting I woukd also ask if anyone has any pods for the troubleshooters or a qwerty AT type keyboard for the 9100a then please let me know.
