http://rusoptics.com/

No ITAR BS, no paperworks to do. Russia has its own export control, but I the website says it serves Belarus, so it should be okay.

They have nothing radiometric and they put a heavy premium on what basically is ULIS reference designs.
I mean, seriously? $3000 for a Pico384? Opgal makes a 640x480 imager for less.

I'm looking for something used and more affordable, it's a personal project.

it's a personal project.

If you provide more information about your personal project, maybe we will give you an alternative way.. and you don't need such a device.

I do various types of imaging and non-destructive testing as a hobby, but I'm missing the midwave and longwave infrared portions of the spectrum :)
