What is a "promotional product" in BG's language?  A search found nothing.
Is it a sale item with a crossed out price or is it something more specific?
Is this promotional?

You would think so as it appears discounted, but one thing I've learned from online shopping is if you have a discount code slap it on everything and try other codes out, surprising how often they are set incorrectly and allow you to double dip.

Yes, promotional products are those that are discounted from the regular price (crossed out or with a % discount banner on them). They also display a "Promo" icon when they're in your cart.
