Yes, the title was correct, 1500kVA, 400V / 11kV  3 phase!!!   
Damn thing is 3300kg!

Nice one. I rarely see dry transformers at work. Most of them are oil cooled.

These things here come to my mind from a customer. They are more useful for electronics work. Up to 15 kA DC :D

Dang... is it was only 150kVA and in the UK I'd have brought it...

Warning Off Topic Comment.

Some sellers on Trademe/ NZ list their multimeters by screen size as others would do for mobile phones or televisions, It's the first time that I've seen listing's in this manner for multimeters. Not the cheapest around either by the way.

Perfect to use for that 25VAC supply, using the 11kV tappings rather nastily and applying 400VAC to tappings 1 and 6 of the primary, and using the 400VAC side as secondary. You will need to do some rewiring of both primary and secondary transformer connections though, along with making sure the 11kV section that is unused is well insulated as it will have 11kV on it from autotransformer action. Rating will be much reduced, but regulation on the secondary will be very good.
