Aperture Spectroscopic Photodiode Array Replacement Wanted
« on: April 17, 2018, 01:39:56 pm »
Hi.
I am looking for AMIS PI0512WS 512-Pixel 50-mm-Pitch Wide Aperture Spectroscopic Photodiode Array IC or its replacement.

It is a part of Waters 996 Photodiode Array Detector used in high performance liquid chromatography, which I am trying to repair. It seems that the detector ic is damaged due to long wire with clock signals and huge overshoots on its.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mykeil

I would not be sure, the sensor is really damaged.

During testing please be sure, the sensor is really in absolute darkness.

Maybe there is a problem with electronics. Please check all clock signals are working and voltages are properly.

For replacement you may look at Hamamatsu, but these sensors are not cheap (about EUR 500.-)
