Lots of gear from "GrandPa's Lot"
« on: January 16, 2019, 02:22:38 pm »
I have not tested any of these items. I'd like to sell these and move on to the next project. You may have it all, boxed up CORRECTLY and shipped to Cont'l US for just $700. INT'L shipping available but I'd like to chat with you first- to aid in customs declaration.

Note:  I also have the Boonton Power Meter Calibration Set (Models 25A, 26A, 8210 with Power Sensors 4200-E & 4210-4E) if you require a "more complete" setup. Open to offers for it all.

Thanks for looking and helping me out, much much more to come.

Fluke 8502 & 2- 8506 units for parts. I CAN go through and test them all but really don't want to.

If you need just a card or parts, please let me know. I have two STACKED units myself and want to se others bring these back to life.

$$$$$ = free, just pay shipping, for parts only, I will NOT send all 3 of these units to one hoarder.

MUCH LOVE & Sharing is key

*HP 3480B with 3482A DC Range Unit* in all its NIXIE GLORY!

Check the specs against the Fluke 731B.

So pretty and I have FOUR MORE of these. This one is the most accurate but the others are not far off, but may need some cal tuning.

Fluke 731B DC Voltage Standard. BANG ON! Its output is perfect. $400 or best offer.

If you want pics for proof, ill upload them with several meters showing its spot on for all ranges.

Really want to keep this one, but need to be sell, well pretty much everything, to recoup my investment.

Fluke 332D. As good as they get. If you want more pics let me know. Note there is no filtering to get this reading, the unit is that badass.

It is bang on every range and every dial! (the only one that is  >:( :()

IF YOU NEED MORE PICS LET ME KNOW. This unit has no case, otherwise no known issues. (note: I am going to try to go the case, if they have it, next week).

   :-[

Resistance standards. These came for a cal lab. the exact verified and recorded value if written on the tape on the side of each unit.

 :palm:

Really hate to sell these, but gotta pay off the loan. $1000 for the set of six, or best offer, will not separate. ALl are +/- 1ppm and verified out to 8.5digits...I dont have anything with that resolution.

edit: the 1.0 R says -38ppm, I vierifed its .999962 on the HP3456A

I am not going to polish the arms of these units (unless I get to keep them) to ensure I do not effect the units in anyway.

I thought I would envy You... but ..I don't.

Life is tough enough as is.

I am going gray and pulling out hair...so hard to let some of these units go...I swear.. I am so close to just saying to hell with it and getting a real job for a bit to pay off the loan and keep it ALL. I hate this, I really do. Its not fun anymore. But I keep saying thats just my broken brain and it is so worth it to help everyone get the gear they need. These prices are NOT firm, by any means (but I know the pics will be taken and posted on the other sites by those you want to hustle), but for me, I just cant let it sit here because I have to start selling something.

I am sure it'll all work out. I've been awake for 72 hrs with 80lbs on my back and moved 100 miles...so I guess this is easy, just gotta frame it correctly. AT least I am not getting shot at :-+

If I don't get any takers here, eBay will work too...and I don't mind the unlimited audience there. If I have to go through and SHOW EXACTLY how everything works, I may as well let the BIRDS SWARM AND PICK AWAY on eBay..fuck doing the it twice.

Just drooling as my pocket isn't that deep enough  :'(

About the Fluke 731D , better check the battery inside, who knows what happened to those old cells ? Leak ? Corrosion ?  At least to protect your investment. There are few threads if I'm not mistaken in this forum about this beast, just search for it.

I did, this one has been pampered by the owner. Guess I should post the gut shots. The other one I have had the batteries pulled and only works when plugged in. It too is BANG on, but missing the top cover, so I may get to keep it. These are so damn handy for DC volt-nuts.

Yep, pretty sure this will improve potential buyers appreciation, as the devil is in the details.

Good luck with your sales.  :-+

Gotcha & will do. I'll get the meters back out and run through the whole gambit again; edit* but I tend to the 332D's, 335A, 382A, & 3330B first.

I'm interested in the resistance standards, and maybe the 731D. I'm uk based though. Please PM about customs etc.

Those resistance standards look great. Shame it would cost me my liver and a lung in import duties here in sweden :-( Good luck with the sale.
