I wonder if it's just about delaying any dispute beyond the 45 day PayPal dispute policy limit?
If I sell 10, surely one of those people I'll be able to convince to wait long enough so I can get the cash?
Seller takes 5 days to dispatch it ~ day 6
Seller says wait 31 days for the post ~ day 36
You wait a few more days, because you're trusting & post if flaky. You contact Seller. ~ day 39.
Seller replies and says wait a week, and you'll get a refund if it hasn't arrived ~ day 41
You wait a week ~ day 47. POW! 45 day PayPal Protection timeframe exceeded.
An awful lot of people don't know you should always raise a dispute before the 45 days passes...
