Tektronix P6022 6A scope current probe and terminator. Absolutely as new, all original packaging, unopened documents, factory calibrated Feb 2016.

Is this the one that has the BNC connector and can also be connected to a Keysight scope?
If yes, I am interested.
Or do I need to use some kind of Termination Adapter?

Straightforward BNC connection, no power needed.

That was a good buy. 
These are 100 MHz rated probes and while not quite as versatile as the P6021 (60 MHz 15A) are the same form factor and manuals are easily available.
