FS (US): Powerex CM400DU-12NFH IGBTs

I have seven Powerex CM400DU-12NFH 600V, 400A IGBT half-bridges for sale. These saw some minor testing, but were not used in application. I checked basic functionality at low voltage and current. Just what you need for your DIY electric vehicle  :)

$20 each or the whole shebang for $100 plus shipping (figure about 8 lbs or 4 kg from upstate NY).
