I bought one from Keysight's eBay store for around $3500 US.  It's a really nice instrument.

Ahh, I did not see this in 2015.

These instruments are very risky without warranty.
I had a fully loaded 33522B and it died a month before the warranty was up, so I was very lucky to get a brand new instrument in exchange for the broken one.

The price depends largely on the installed options.
Unfortunately, the OP does not list the installed options.
If it is fully loaded, the price is good and I am interested.

Yes, this is a 2015 unit, it had 3 year warranty which is now expired. It was not used in that time.

It did not sell here, and I didn't push it any further, kinda weighing whether to leave it for myself
