FS: Keithley 182-M nanovoltmeter with input cable
« on: July 09, 2018, 04:31:24 am »
It's time for this fine Keithley to find a new home, as I got myself 2182A instead, and have already too many Keithley's.
I had review this unit and used it occasionally for low-level measurements without any issues.

Well cared, well readable screen, no repairs, no dust inside or outside.
This is special -M version unit that have backup 9V power for input stage, not the standard 182. This is to allow input always at high impedance, even when meter is turned off.

Meter calibrated few months ago, versus fresh adjusted Fluke 5720A and calibrated Keithley 262 nanovolt-divider.
I can recalibrate prior to shipping and provide data report (no official accredited traceability though).

Also PTFE cable with special connector to copper spade-lugs is included. Just this cable alone is rare to get and may cost few hundred $.  ;)

Asking for $1000 USD $900 USD + shipping (EMS, worldwide ~$100-150 USD).
Can also trade for other metrology-related goodies or instruments.

Tempted but I really don't need a nV meter now.

For those (maybe 1% of the readers here) who doesn't know the seller, he is one of the well trusted Metrology popes around here.
That meter was indeed in very good hands.

I bought a V Ref from him in the past and it was a pleasure to deal with.

Now I want a metrology pope.

I could take all my gear with lapsed cal to metrology church, and say "forgive me father, for I have sinned"

then go home and do a couple of hail keithleys, and all my gear will be in cal again.

This box is still on sale, time to revisit it.
If no interest, it'll go on bay next week.
