For those who stumble upon

http://www.ebay.com/itm/191465958378

The listing says "FLUKE 17B+ F17B+ Digital Multimeter NEW w/carrying bag NEW" and even show pictures of a Fluke 17B+ with probes, manual, thermocouple and carrying case for $12.99 + free shipping.

Seller has 94.7% rating and the last 8 sold items out of 20 in the last month are neutral or negative.

So this is highly likely another scam.  I suggest you stay away unless you want to gamble and hope you get a Fluke 17B+ for $12.99 + free shipping.  Don't say I didn't warn people.
