If you're seriously after something smaller, cheaper and maybe a little faster than this, keep an eye out for a Versatronics RV1s or RV4s.  Can sometimes be found for £2-4K with feeders, and doesn't need a compressor.

I tend to do small batches of things, not enough to farm out but small enough to be a pain manually.

I have the Mechatronika M10V machine. A smaller machine , with half the feeders the M60 has but capable of picking components from trays , loose bins and cut tape.

Cut tape option is a great boon, stick the component tape down on double sided adhesive tape, carefully remove protective cover tape and using camera teach the positions of tape pieces.
Great machine for low volume production.
