Looks like the person trying to sell the stuff has no idea at all what it is worth although some of the other larger items are decent priced.

Yeah, but the 20 smds for 1 euro is a bit too much, 5 cents per, is not a bad price (depending what they are) but for random bits, pretty unsure. They could be sub 1 cent of a euro resistors or something very cheap.
