I'm in search for a good bench meter that will outlast me.
Before your posting I was considering a Keithley 2000 plus some day the scanner card, perhaps the latter can be DIY?
The 2001 has a much nicer display...
Who did the calibration?

This is not about a nice display but rather about the ability of the device.
I did the calibration on the Fluke 5520A

A:The display has a protective film (the screen is in perfect condition, like new).
