please be aware OC4USB and IR189USB using different style interface, can not exchange it though they using same circuit, and please be aware the earlier PCB (Rev I) used PL2303 chip, that will affect the transferring speed and stability, now all changed to FTDI FT232 (Rev II PCB).

the cable is made for Fluke fans, also can use for Rohde & Schwarz FSH-3, FSH-6, FSH-18 spectrum analyzer for data collecting, you will Never meet such low price since I just got from the factory directly, and no more margin for sell. I only made 100 pcs for the cable using high quality material. I am also an electronic fan at least 30 years. the internal PCB as attached.

OC4USB is for fluke scope meter and FSH3/6/18. not for fluke 187, 287
