How much for the LeCroy? I know you've put "offers", but I'd hate to cause offence, so how about a rough ballpark figure?  ^-^

About $650 for the LeCroy and $300 for the Tektronix

With what overseas shipping from the US costs you'd be better off finding something local. I bet you could buy a brand new Rigol or Siglent DSO for less by the time you factor in postage.
