Wanted (Europe): Microfocus x-ray tube / unit

Hey,

I've been looking for a microfocus x-ray tube for some time now but I couldn't find anything on the usual sources that fits my budget. I already have a digital sensor and a dental x-ray source, but that's not good enough for my application (BGA inspection and reverse engineering).

Specs:
Focal spot size <12um
Voltage: >= 70kV
Power: < 20W
