Have two of those, one with a little add-on for the terminals to be brought to the front the other one... terminals on the back. I think the add-on was an option for this power supply. Looks very "original" so to speak. Both of them are working great and willing to part with both if you need them.

Yes, that's the add-on to bring the binding posts to the front. It looks exactly like this.
