Just put the quotation in the cart, and it will show the shipping. You can still abort.

As for the oscillator demand, I gues it will help to 'sell' it a bit more; where are the images of the PCB, a bill of materials, maybe a finished build cost estimate, technical specs such as power supply & consuimption. When you have all these things together, more people will be interested. Heck, even I might be ;D

Oops, my apologies! I forgot the attachment to my previous post.  :-[ (my pasta was boiling) The quote was $298 usd for 20 boards minus shipping. The board is 4.8 x 9.05 inches.

A full schematic, a complete set of PCB gerber files and multiple pictures of the assembled prototype (as well as performormance measurements, in conjunction with the analyser) are all there to be seen/downloaded on the webpage I linked to in the threads opening post.

If I assume $50 for shipping the cost to me will be a little over $17USD per board. That's a bit more expensive than I was hoping, but there just isn't the interest so far to justify a larger batch order.

I'd sell them then (the 20) for x1.5 what they cost me (plus shipping), but only if enough buyers come to the table.

Doesn't look promising so far though.

Wow, that's a lot for shipping a board! The price for the boards is good though. It's less than what I can get here in the USA. Let's hope there's more interest in this board. How many do you have interested so far?

I think that $17 is the total cost with shipping [(298+50)/20=17.4].   ;)

Yes, that shipping estimate is for the batch from China to me. I just did the on-line quote again and "added to cart" as Short Circuit suggested. The actual shipping quoted was $54, so my guess was good enough.

Here is the actual quote (attached this time). It was actually $278, rather than $298. I have 3 definate sales right now, possibly four. Over the weekend I will generate a comprehensive BOM, if that helps.

Glen, you've got 3 more people from the DIYaudio message board in for 1 board each.

OK, things seem to be gaining traction......... I will go ahead and get the boards (20) made. I'll sell them for $25 USD each plus postage via standard air mail. That way my 6.3L car engine won't get me into the red after multiple trips to the post office  :D
I'll order them on the 12 day turn around option. I think the best way to handle payment is via Pay Pal. There is no rush as I won't have the boards for likely 2 weeks, but it would be convenient if those who wan't one could start e-mailing me their requests and delivery addresses. I'll send out money requests via Pay Pal once I have the boards. The BOM will have to wait until tomorrow. My e-mail is glenk (at) internode (dot) on (dot) net

Here is the complete BOM (Excel format) and top and bottom component overlays.
I will get the PCBcart order finalised later this evening.

OK, the 20 boards have been ordered.

Via email confirmations thus far, 3 boards are officially taken. First in first served!

EDIT: all those who have thus far put their hand up in this thread and the one over at DIYaudio have their boards tentatively reserved.
However I need to be told who you are (on-line user name) in the email confirmations.

Glen, there are 3 different surface mount version for the HEF4051. Which one did you use?
See the data sheet here:

Thanks.
