I got an incomplete Agilent ESG Signal Generator E4432B,
it had some issues, but I was able to fix them.

It is missing the power Supply (part 0950-2791),
the display glas (4330-1711), Knob (E4400-40003), and one of the option boards,
E4400-60072 (E4400-60507) Option UN7 Demod. Board, or the UND board.

Or maybe someone has an ESG parts init, broken or incomplete, please offer.
I would also buy a non-working power supply, if no other shows up.

I am located in Germany, but I have an US address to ship to, also.

I have an Agilent E4422B signal generator.  It stopped generating an output.  The display is fine.  Gives an unlevel indication.  Will sell cheap plus shipping. When it worked, it was great.  It just suddenly stopped for no reason.

I have a E4424B, without any modules, it was an online purchase that went wrong, i ended up getting a sig-gen without any RF modules
Over the years i ended up getting IFR2031, 2xSMIQ06B, and recently a SMT06, i think i am over compensating.

But I think would be perfect for your case, i remember it still had crisp LCD, attenuator and among other things. Its been laying in my room for 7 years now, need to power up first to see if its still alive :P

I am now finding budget to get a 26.5Ghz Sig gen, so time to let go this one. I am in Malaysia btw.

Please enter the starting prices (at least) of the devices you want to sell!
It would be good to fit some photos
