WTB: Front panel PCB for Tektronix MSO/DPO 2000, 3000, or 4000 ANY condition

I actually need only the encoder for the pan/zoom controller, but I'm willing to buy the entire front panel board. Any condition working or not, as long as the encoder is intact.
