yes, already seen, but it's not exactly clear in which condition they are, no pic provided, also I prefer a pre-owned by a single owner rather than having to deal with a library.I am located in Europe, importing from USA has an extra cost for me.

You could use a print-on-demand service, they might be quite a bit cheaper than a copy shop (I had good experiences with Lulu.com). And the result is a real book. Choose a format thats about the original size (the PDF says its 178x223mm, so 6''x9'' should be OK), no need to go to A4.
